Hey,

I am having trouble getting "add invited members to buddylists automatically" to work. I don't see the code that adds registered use to the buddylist's of the referrer, but I might not be looking at the right place. I wonder if anyone can give me some pointers.

I search the forum, some one had the same question, but he posted is question under the 'invite module'.

According to the description of buddy list on http://drupal.org/project/Modules, the feature should work out of the box.

" ... Allows integration with other modules, such as Invite, to do things like add invited members to buddylists automatically. ..."

But the readme.txt file for buddy list does not mention anything on "automatic".

The readme.txt file for the invite module suggests that users have to add their invitee manually.

It would be great if anyone can let me know if the feature exists.

there is a separate (but included) module you have to activate for that to work. i think its called buddylistinvite.module or something like that. activate it in your modules menu and THEN it is 'out of the box ' - :)

This took me a while to find an answer to. Where can we document this to make it clearer? Perhaps buddylist should do this automatically if invite module is enabled?
