Two adjustments for text attached:

1. The title for admin/settings/helpinject is changed from "Advanced Help Injection and Export" to just "Advanced Help Injection", since the export is elsewhere.
2. I removed trailing dots for the labels at admin/settings/helpinject, since they are followed by a colon (at least in Garland).
