I'm trying to use S5 with the jsmath moduel, without much luck. Form my limited understanding, both S5 and jsmath use javascript to render node information. It appears that that they don't work together - when a node is rendered through S5, jsmath does not execute on any tagged content.

hackwater commentedI assume you're using the 6.x-2.x-dev version of JSMath? I'm wondering if the JSMath input filter fails to run in S5 because of the check_markup calls before rendering. Is there some sample content I can use somewhere to play around with this? I'm not at all familiar with JSMath or the module itself.

anernest commentedHackwater: Thanks for the quick response. Yes on the jsMath version. You can see an example at http://www.open-environment.com/node/347. If you need authenticated access to play a little deeper, let me know.
