I need to upload some php files that need to be run outside of a drupal 6 installation. Any recommendations on where would be an acceptable place to run them? It's a mini admin for a flash widget.

I added a webmail app to sites/ so I can access it using mydomain/sites/mail/ I find this as good a place than any.
