I could use a permissions setting that allows me to decide who can and can't use the scheduler to delay the post. Right now there doesn't seem to be one.

Fixed in CVS by adding some <br />'s. This should hopefully fix the problem in most layouts.

Whoops... issues got crossed. Fixed this one by adding a "schedule nodes" permission.
