Commit 42709 made a change to pager.inc seemingly unintentionally. This broke the pager CSS. The change should either be rolled back, or the necessary changes to system.css should be made.

Here is a patch to system.css if it is deemed desirable to keep the change to pager.inc (changed pager from CSS id to a CSS class).
