Supermenu Placeholder is working but not showing the tab

I have put the super menu module and its working just fine by making the parent menu page unclickable and showing the child pages as i hoover over it but what its doing is taking away the tab and just leaving the text behind for the unlickable tab which is looking odd is there anyother way to deal with placeholder than supermenu
