Hi, thanks for this module.

GST is being applied twice when customer checks out.
At the top of the checkout page, in cart contents, GST is calculated at 10% and working fine. But then at the bottom of the checkout page it is charging the GST again. So the customer is being taxed twice. This is being passed to paypal as well.

Any ideas or help as to why this happening? Happened to anyone else?
