Is there a way to create a page in Drupal and change the security so that only specific users or a group can see that page? I have looked all around and either it does not exist or I am just not useing the correct key words to search with.

Any help would be welcome.

We recently had the same need, and there is a module that does this. It's named poorly however :P

If you're using 4.7, there's a patch for it there too.
