Hiya,
Just thought I would show http://ideas.barnet.gov.uk, a local government site that is going to be used to get ideas from residents around the upcoming budget process. Essentially the sites does three things. It lets anyone submit an idea around a topic and it allows anyone to rate ideas. It also does commenting.
There is still a bit of work to do until release but not much.
