Looking to see if anyone has or wants to create conditional actions and predicates for Price Quotes in Ubercart 2.x.
Initial list of wants:
Predicates
Conditions
The above conditions may be able to be combined if there's already a "checked out" and "not checked out" condition.
Looking for feedback on these ideas:

paskainos commentedIf I understand the question, I think I have a fitting request based on a use case I'd guess would be widely represented (in fact, I'm surprised several people haven't asked). The use case is simply this:
ABC (e-Commerce) Company sells factory refurbished discount widgets online. Most products are sold at a fixed price, but roughly 10% allow considerable price flexibility. So if a customer adds 20 widgets to the cart, 2 are likely "price quote" items. If the customer calls ABC Company, it would be nice if the rep could simply look at the customer's cart, negotiate pricing on the two items, and convert the "price quote" items to actual pricing, and process the order for the customer immediately.
If this doesn't fit, or is already possible, I apologize in advance. I hope this suggestion proves useful.

wjaspers commentedWhat I'd really like to see this module permit, however, is the ability to split a cart or a transaction into separate functions with separate rules applied to each. In this manner, at a stage of my choosing, the customer can complete the purchase of fixed price items, whilst automatically submitting their price quote -- all the while my company receives a quote request and a parts (assumed department) order simultaneously.
In an ideal world, this would eliminate a duplication of processing steps, reduce quote processing times, and provide for a much more flexible user experience.

wjaspers commentedThis is so dated, I'm clearing out my queue. In further consideration, I'm realizing this was the wrong queue to request such a feature in anyway.
