Add Event and Rules support

Drupal is sorely lacking a bounced-email handler. It's awesome to see this now being built.

It would greatly extend the usefulness of this module if it can be extended to:
1) Expose Key Events as Actions
1.1) Bounced Email Received (Reason, Message Context, New Healthy Status)
1.2) Email Address Status change
1.3) Submit simulated Received Email (with bounce-code / bounce-status)

2) Cater for Rules (cater for rules)
2.1) Trigger Rules
2.2) Look-up to check whether an email address is OK / Bounced / Removed (health status)
2.3) Change health-status of email address
