Token for [termalias-raw] not recognized.

I have automated alias setting for custom node named Item.
Pattern for all Item paths is: [termalias-raw]/[title-raw].html
But when i create new node, with title, for example, sony tv - node path become
[termalias-raw]/sony-tv.html. Pattern [title-raw] have been assigned and work normally but pattern [termalias-raw] not.
When i editing node, checkbox "Automatic alias" is not selected and when i select it and save, voila - i have right path e.g. /tv/wide/sony-tv.html

All of taxonomy terms have right aliases. (taxonomy/term/53 - /tv/wide)

I tried different versions of token and pathauto modules. Result is the same.
If i select different pattern for my node (e.g. [date]/[title-raw].html) - it worked correctly.
