I have installed all the modules I wanted with little problems
but after installing UIEForum and creating the tables when I try to configure the forum
all I get is a blank page.

I am running Drupal 4.7 and my OS is Openbsd 4.0

This is a problem with the uieforum.module file - delete the last line (it has ?> on it) and it should all be fine!
I've just committed the fixed file so that others won't get this problem (when the tar.gz files are re-created)

How do you make users moderators?
I edited a user and didn't see that option.
