Don't know if you still need help, but here's some free tips:

- important: user proper htaccess rules to block your CDN: http://cdn.benzinga.com/ -- this causes duplicate content entries in search engines.
- merge and compress CSS & JS with the css_gzip module and the javascript_aggregator

we use press flow.
when using yslow, most of pages get a grade of d, e or f.
we are trying to work on that.
