Is there any way to support RealName module for user search at the balance adjustment block? Managing balances with user's real name more easier than username.

Not easily. Or rather, it's not high on my priority list.

If someone wants to contribute a path introducing support for RealName, I would be happy to include it. However, I have no plans to increase features in this module anymore. I no longer use it myself, so it isn't a high priority.
