Issue Summary
In order to create a CPCID you need to actually email sellonline@canadapost.com to request it. This is detailed in the documentation here: http://www.canadapost.ca/cpo/mr/assets/pdf/business/impguide_en.pdf
Referencing this in the README file or in the description would have saved me a lot of time searching for how I could create my own CPCID.
I think that many people would appreciate it if you added it.

I have never actually set up a sellonline account - I just adopted this module, I don't live in Canada or use Canada Post except with the test credentials. If you can contribute a patch to the README.txt that explains how to set up an account I would appreciate it.
