Looking to hire developer to convert xoops site to drupal

Need to convert a xoops 2.2.x community site to latest version of drupal.

Content to convert/maintain:
- user info/passwords
- wordpress blog entries (multiple users)/images, comments
- forums content, text and images
- photo gallery, comments

Basically, xoops has been unstable for a long while and the site is crushing under its own weight. looking for a developer with experience successfully converting xoops to drupal while maintaining data/user integrity and content.

Also, any recommendations as to a more appropriate system to convert to is encouraged. Want to maintain and expand community/social networking capabilities on a platform that will continue to be developed.
