admin user should be renamed to chuck norris, since obviously there is no other account more powerful than a chuck_norris account.

Chuck norris could standardize drupal php and mysql at the same time.
Rename all admin/root/superuser to Chuck_Norris.
He did that with one hand while compiling his own linux distro with the other.
