I would be nice to filter actions by metadata such as 'date created', so that only newer stories that reach a certain number of votes get 'sticky' for instance. If node > 1 week old -> no action.

This WILL be possible in the Drupal 5.0 version that I'm working on. The infrastructure is there in VotingAPI, I'm just putting together a usable UI for it. Thanks!
