Entire git migration process ground to a sudden halt

This module is causing the entire git migration process to fail. There are some modules that fail, sure, but whenever the migration scripts hit this module, Chuck roundhouses the parent process and kills the entire migration. The Hudson logs also indicate that Chuck then glowers at util for a few seconds, and I'm getting worried that he might deign to use his chin-fist to destroy it.

Please. For the love of god. The migration scripts might handle >99.8% of projects perfectly accurately, but Chuck is threatening to run the wheels off the entire process. Delete Chuck while there's still time!
