I changed the Access Permissons on the Basic Settings, so that only users with access to a specific role can view the view i created. However, it remains visible to all. is this a bug that is already fixed?

Please make it reproducable. Admins have always access to a view. Did you perhaps granted access all views permission?

i reproduced with anonymus role (logged out) and all other roles with out view permission. nothing changed. also tried to fix it with the 2.11 update. nothing changed

Did you perhaps granted access all views permission?

If you gave the anonymous role 'access all views' then this would be the expected behavior.
