It seems that the old version of the module (alpha-1) worked well in showing all the regions. But in alpha-2 and dev, I just get Body>a region>a region...>a for example.

Is it just my own install or a general bug?

Hi,

it is more a bad default configuration than a bug and should be solved in the next alpha release (coming next week).

You can temporarily improve this by going to the configuration screen for sweaver and disabling 'div' in the selectors tab.
