Free Key Distribution and Imports

I'd first like to ask if there's a module that already does this, I've searched and found only product keys related to e-commerce, ubercart, etcetera.

I'm looking for two features.

1. Ability to import product / software / trial / beta keys.
2. Ability to freely distribute keys.

For #1, developers will release "X" amount of beta keys. Let's say Microsoft decides to distribute trial keys for their new windows operating system. The module currently cannot import keys, and generating keys for Microsoft Operating systems, I don't think Microsoft will appreciate that. They'll distribute keys to trusted publishers, and the module can import them.

For #2, publishers are given "keys" to distribute. Sometimes they come at no cost, and therefore you'll need a new system for distributing keys. There can be a new node type and you can select a table in the database (table made by user by importing keys) and upon publishing, the keys are available. They can click a "Get Key" button to get a key, and it will be limited to one per account, or desired amount of keys per user ID. Once the key is given, it's removed from the tables.

I think this feature would be very useful to many websites intended for distributing software keys, or trials, or anything needing a unique key, and that's why I'm making this feature request. If this cannot be done with this module, or if there aren't any modules with this functionality, I'll probably hire a skilled Drupal developer to make a module that does this. It's pretty generic, distributing existing keys.
