a) replace the "Macro:" field for regular html-input fields for each macro option or
b) add following text to the help text of the "Macro:" field:

Read the file 'GMAP-MACRO-DICTIONARY.txt' for available macro options or enable the submodule "GMap Macro Builder" ({domain}/map/macro)

I meant in the forms:
'{domain}/admin/settings/gmap_location'
and
'{domain}/admin/content/node-type/location/fields/{CCK_field_name}'
