Description

So for some reason I can change the meta description of a term or vocabulary, but I can't assign keywords to them. I can't really figure out why this wouldn't be available, as mine and many other websites have systems built upon these term lists.

It would be great if someone could make some sort of patch. Thanks.

This is by design. To me it looked natural that you can't assign keywords to vocabulary terms as the term itself is already a keyword. Do you think that is wrong? I can change it, no problem, but please explain some use case for it.

The reason I wanted it like that is because I have a drop down menu in the header of my site, and these are pulled from the taxonomy, so each menu links to the according term. For the time being, each one of these terms will only have one article in them, since there's over 200 sections and it would be too time consuming to add more. Because of this, when someone goes to one of the terms, they see half of an article called "Introduction to [TERM NAME]." After that, when they click Read More, they get the other half of the article.

The problem here is that the first half of the article doesn't have any meta keywords, since its actually a teaser within the taxonomy.

This is a great module you have and I really appreciate you offering to fix it, and I was wondering if I could give you some kind of donation for your trouble as well.

Thank you for the quick reply,
Paul

Please test nodewords.module version 1.32.2.14 (which is shown in the second line of the file) to see if I understood it right. Then report back.

Noone reported back - so I guess the functionality was implemented correctly. Please reopen the issue if this is not the case.
