Views filter opening in a different block in IE than it should?

Not sure what's going on here. And I can't find anything through search.

I have a filter button in a view which is not working properly in IE(8 &quirks mode). After submitting a value, it displays a new form in the bottom left of the display in another existing block.

The filter is on the middle of the page. The javascript search works once, and then creates a form in one of the blocks in the bottom.

Anybody ever have anything similar, know how to solve it, or know of post that talks about this?

Edit: It does this in other browsers as well.
