Seems like a very interesting Mod but... I had to uninstall this Mod after realizing my database turned out to grow from 25M to 950M :(
Something needs to be tweaked....

OK, I'll check this out. There must be a lack of safety mechanisms with respect to the cron run.

I have made some changes to the module, notably adding an admin setting which turns the cron run activity off or on. The default setting is off. During the cron run, ad slots are made out of each ad channel in the system therefore if you have a lot of ad channels already then a large number of nodes could well get created and that might explain the database blowout. It is advisable only to enable this module on a site with few ad channels in place.
