I've used Subscriptions for like "ever"! And it really got great post Salvis and Chx. I realize this doesn't help too much Salvis, but while I can't offer much in the way of coding I can offer lots in the way of debug, testing and documentation.

D7 will be a shadow of its total potential without Subscriptions.

P.S. - I feel the same way about the views module :-)

Thank you, cozzi, "debug, testing and documentation" will certainly be helpful!

All my sites use Subscriptions, of course, and I'm itching to upgrade them to D7, so I'm certainly motivated to upgrade Subscriptions.
