"Executed 464 queries in 152.89 milliseconds. Queries taking longer than 5 ms and queries executed more than once, are highlighted. Page execution time was 773.06 ms." That is what the devel module puts out for my frontpage view at http://chibabeat.com. However, the pages don't seem to take a long time to open. If the pages seem to be opening fine should I be concerned?

I have a site that executes 824 queries for the front page.

And I thought I was having a lot of queries. How about your site speed? You must be running on a dedicated server right?

81 tables in database.
Some might think it is a lot but this is a stripped down version of what I was running.

thats way too many queries. i have a wordpress site and i always bring the queries down to 8-15 per page. You might want to remove some of those modules to reduce the queries.
