I can't setup qTip in admin/settings. Module is enabled, project from qtip site is in libraries...

Hi,
I downloaded qTip module from Drupal site and extract it to sites/all/modules.
I downloaded project from http://craigsworks.com/projects/qtip/download/ and extract it to sites/all/libraries/qtip ... so I have in folder qtip these files
jquery.qtip-1.0.0-rc3.min.js
jquery-1.3.2.min.js
REQUIREMENTS
INSTALL
LICENSE

I see the module in my module list in Drupal admin. I enabled the module. Still ok.

But I cannot set it up in admin/settings! There is no such possibility, I can't see qTip there!
Whot could I do wrong?
