Release notes
Found a few bugs to help improve a couple of things in charges and tokens.
Changes since DRUPAL-6--4-0-RC21:
- Add 2 new functions ec_receipt_return_page() and ec_receipt_cancel_page() to unify the code to move it to a single function.
- Fix up error when deleting items from the additional charges
- Fix up issue with ordering changes on the charge list page
- Fix up the tokens to make sure all the address fields are populated.
