Query: Translating to Drupal, price

Hi!

I'm working with a client who is interested in getting her standard html/css page "translated" to Drupal.

The site is:

I'm first asking for approximately what the price could be for the task.
So I could present an estimate for her.

The job would include:
- Translating the design to a Drupal Theme
- Installing Drupal on the server
- Putting the content in.

I will be a project manager, do the communication with the client, help her starting up and do some administrative tasks and configurations. If it's better for the project, I'll do the Drupal-installation.
We'll might install a Norwegian translation of Drupal, but I can take care of that when you're done.

So, I'm asking for:
- An approximately price
- Any thing I've missed in the job-description?

(But I'll ask the client to be sure)
What's the difference in work for you? And would it be difficult for the client to manage?
