UC Recurring (1.1.4) only creates one fee object

function uc_recurring_process_order($order, $data = array())
Has the call:
$fee = new stdClass();
Outside the foreach loop. For some reasons, this seems to prevent the fee objects from being created for cases where there is more than one subscription in the cart (the database rows are created, but all have the same id).

Solution is to move the call inside the loop.

Sorry if this has been reported before or is already solved in any of the developement versions.
