Google Analytics module doesn't work because of a missing line in page.tpl.php

Basically, page.tpl.php is missing a line at the bottom which alows the Google Analytics module to work. This might be necessary to allow other modules to work, but I don't know.

The fix comes from looking at the BlueMarine theme, and the fix works for me.
