Ranking(reputation) of the members based on total number of hits, comment and trackback (you may suggest more item to be evaluate) it received from their own blog(node).
user interface - display the username, total of hits, comments, trackback and the final score. (sort by the highest score)
administration - allow weighting of the evaluated item, or maybe also what to display on user interface.
This can be very useful to site that want to promote quality content on the site and reward the authors/members.
more item to be evaluate, beside the mentioned above ( as per member/author)
- total times it is forwarded (forward module) - as quality content gets forwarded
- number of people referred (referral module)
- i am still thinking, will update when more item pop up in my mind.

I've done much of what was requested here, someone else can maybe pick up the pieces and polish it up a bit. My adjustments are to the Hall of Fame module, and a small adjustment to the Forward module (to make the forward module keep track of who is sending the emails, instead of just the content that is being sent).
I've attached the adjustments to the HOF to be examined and improved upon.
Before installing the forward.module, back up your database if you already have the module installed, then run the update.php script to update the forward data table.
