Way to disable images

Hello,
I am using the mobile theme for a multisite setup where my mobile url is http://mobile.chibabeat.com. I'm not sure why but some of my pages (particularly ones with images) do not open in my mobile phone. Actually, my frontpage doesn't even open and I am guessing the reason is because of the images towards the top. Is there a way to disable all images under this multisite setup for this theme?
