Changes alternate token syntax to avoid being interpreted as invalid HTML.
Fixes an issue in which admin previews of the CSS might not display on some sites.
Adds standalone CKEditor support.

Note that this introduces a breaking change if you used 7.x-2.x and the alternate token syntax: <pullquote>Quote me</pullquote>
is no longer supported and the new syntax is:
- Fixed a bug that was causing warnings on first installation or if the user did not configure pullquote settings.
- Allow for pullquotes to be displayed on the left as well as the right.
- Other minor bug fixes.
The 7.x-2.0 is the first stable release in the 2.x branch and adds many new features to this module including the ability to control when the CSS and JS files are included, a number of supplied pullquote styles to select from, the ability to add custom pullquote specific CSS style sheets, WYSIWYG and text filter integration.
This is a major revision and includes many new features including the ability to add the Pullquote JS and CSS by content type and view mode. Undergoing active development, the plan is to soon support a set of pullquote style options and allow for CSS files to be uploaded by authorized users.
Skipped version 7.x-1.1 to that otherwise identical releases with the same functionality have corresponding release numbers.
