Disable Latitude and Longitude

I'm certain I'm missing something stupid, but searching settings, and the web, have both gotten me nowhere.

I'm using the Location and GMap modules to show locations for a variety of node types. I do not want the latitude or longitude fields or information displayed anywhere. (My "average" user will just be really confused by that. No one has yet complained, but it's just a matter of time.)

I do still want the location (City, State) to display in certain views, and, of course, the full address in others. I also still want to be able to show a map (via Google) for those locations. Just not the latitude and longitude. Help! Where do I turn that one thing off?
