On my pages or my blocks the url of the terms in views_cloud contain special characters that contain my terms.

http://www.mywebsite.com/job/regions/franche-comté
http://www.mywebsite.com/job/regions/franche-comt%C3%A9

I think it's a problme for SEO
I'm searching how could I change that but I'm not developper and It's difficult for me... Sorry ;)
Do you think It's possible ?

For your information, if I modify the url directly like :
http://www.mywebsite.com/job/regions/franche-comte
