I created a new content type with a node-reference field linking to another content type. (cck + views)

Both admin and normal users can edit the node-reference field, but only the admin can see the node-reference link on the page.

Anyone have an idea how I could allow normal users to see the node-reference field on the page? Didn't find anything on the user rights that looked like it, the field type doesn't have option to control who can view from rights nor the content type edit page.

Any idea where I need to change something?
