tr commentedYou've got it backwards - it's the Power Tools module that would have to add support for attribute tokens, not the other way around. Moving this issue to the Power Tools queue.

power tools is able to use any token available to it, if tokens aren't appearing in the list, it's probably an issue of the module weight of that other module in the system table in the database... Even so, I don't think I understand what you're trying to accomplish. Are you trying to generate skus automatically for attributes, or generate skus for products based on attributes they have?
This really doesn't make sense to me. But I will say this, power tools does not generate skus for attribute adjustments, nor will it likely do so anytime in the foreseeable future.
