The designated release errantly included a modules subdirectory, which included versions of contributed modules for addtofavorites, image, sin, zipcode, and yet another version of the phone module itself. A careless installer (namely me!) might assume that the phone module installs like all of the other CCK field type modules, and simply move the phone directory over to the module directory, and thus inadvertantly override prior module installs.

Furthermore, it is also unclear which version of phone.module in the release is the most recent version of the module. The top level phone.module carries a 1.1.1.2 version # with a 2006/10/07 23:39:39 timestamp; the phone.module in the subdirectory carries a 1.1.1.1 version #, but with a later timestamp of 2006/10/15 18:00:04.
