Looking for Developer to modify uc_discounts_alt

I'm seeking a developer who can modify uc_discounts_alt.

Requirements:
The ability to create a discount based on uc Product Adjustment Alternative SKU.
Discount applies to purchases of a minimum quantity of a specific SKU.
Example. Product = T-Shirts. Individual Adjustment SKUS for Red sku 111, Blue sku 112 and Green sku 113.
Discount applies for purchases of 3 Green shirts, not 2 Red and 1 Green.

I thought I had a solution in http://drupal.org/node/540080#comment-3346202.
This patch did not work as expected. While it did display the expected SKUs, the discounts are not applied.
