This is a nice-to-have feature request. When an image node is displayed (full view), it would be nice if it also shows links to the nodes, to which it is attached. It would add more context to the image. This could be configurable.

This is not something we'd have time to implement or support, but it could work nicely as a separate module.

Though you'd have to resolve the question of what you link back to when several nodes attach the same image...

I'd show links to all nodes. Perhaps the link to the page, from where the image was opened, could be highlighted.
