Fatal error: Call to undefined function: form_checkbox() in /home/xxxxxx/xxxxx.xxxxx.com/modules/taxonomy_menu/taxonomy_menu.module on line 69

This comes up when I try to access "taxonomy_menu" under the administer/settings menu, in Drupal 4.7.4
