It took me some time to get my head around how to use this module, but it was sure worth it.
I ended up composing what I consider is a useful example view, listing some of the tables available with YQL along with some of their properties. I also added some help text in the view header and footer, that might help other people to get a quicker start.

Finally I also made the previously included example views *disabled* by default, and also added the tag "YQL demo".
The result is included in the attached patch.

Views 3 and external databases will rock the world.

I discovered that I used the wrong link in the header and footer for the example view. Sorry about that. New patch attached!

Ah, and here's a slightly updated path where the USE statement is followed by a semicolon.
