Hi,
I have a multisite configuration. Path Redirect works perfectly in the first site. But any other sites that share the same DB have warning message saying that table path_redirect is missing. I looked at the installation file under the Path Redirect, it seems that it is because the installation script doesn't support multisite setup. Please add multisite support. I have more than 20 modules, and they all support multisite setup.

did you get the most recent version?

Looking over the code it appears to be fixed - at least somewhat as a result of this issue: http://drupal.org/node/80811
