Updated jQuery UI 6.x-1.3 to 6.x-1.4 and the scoll bars disappeared in "edit Skin" mode. Pop up winodw was laos minimizes, I had to click & drag to expand the window from the lower right corner. I reverted back to jQuery UI 6.x-1.3 and the isse disappeared. Using Fusion 6.x-1.0 with custom a custom subtheme cloned from Acquia Propser.

I would assume this is an issue with jquery ui and dialog... skinr has nothing to do with the dialog modal.

I see this problem with jquery_ui 1.5. Makes skinr ui unusable. I've had to revert to 1.4.

I don't know about jquery, but I did notice the reference to dialog above. skinr might not use it, but skinr ui depends on dialog api.
