Well, I have a Drupal 4.7.4 multipl site installation, one code one database with different table prefix.
The version of karma module I am running is v 1.35 2006/08/25, it's create table on "default" site only.
Would appreciate if in the future version can support multipl site installation.

The Karma module has since changed maintainers and headed in a new direction. So I am closing this issue.
